There are a variety of fee arrangements available to you based on your specific case.  No two cases are alike!  If we take your case, you will be provided a detailed fee structure that will outline your financial obligation for our legal services.

Some of the most common fee arrangements include:

Hourly-Fee:  This is the most common fee arrangement.  You will be billed based upon the amount of time we spend on your case.  In addition to the hourly-fee, you are still responsible for court filing fees, costs related to deposing witnesses, and similar charges.

Contingency Fee:  A contingency fee arrangement generally means you pay nothing up front. Our firm will be paid only upon the successful outcome of your case.  Our firm will collect a percentage of the monetary award.  This arrangement is only available when money damages are being claimed.  Whether we win or lose, you are still responsible for court filing fees, costs related to deposing witnesses, and similar charges.  Many cases are barred from being taken on contingency fee--we will discuss those fully at the initial consultation.

Flat-Fee or Fixed-Fee:  Your lawyer charges a specific, total fee. A flat fee or fixed-fee is usually offered only if your case is relatively simple or routine.
